Built for the trades

Your phone, answered.Built for water damage restoration.

An AI receptionist that knows water damage restoration: what to ask before the truck moves, what not to quote over the phone, and what is an emergency versus a service call.

A pipe lets go at 3am, and by the time the homeowner finds the shutoff there is an inch of water across a finished basement.

That call goes to the first company that picks up. This is the one trade where the customer has already decided; they only need somebody to answer.

Insurance is paying, the job is worth thousands, and it was settled by who answered the phone.

$39

a month to start, 200 minutes, about 55 calls

A live answering service runs $180 to $600 a month and takes a message. This books the job. All three plans

Takes about a minute. We read your site and build an agent from what we find. No email. No card.

01 / What it knows about water damage restoration

  • Standing water near live outlets or a wet panel is an electrical hazard before it is a scheduling problem, and it says so first.
  • It asks whether the water is clean, gray, or sewage, because that decides what has to be on the truck.
  • It tells the caller to shut the water off at the main if they can reach it, and to get off the floor what they can.
  • It asks whether an insurance claim is open and whether an adjuster is assigned, because that changes the paperwork from the first hour.
  • It will not quote a mitigation job over the phone. Affected square footage, water category, and drying days decide it.
  • It knows water that has been there an hour and water that has been there three days are different jobs, and it asks.
  • A sewage loss in a house with somebody immunocompromised gets flagged to you, not scheduled.

02

The work

The jobs it books without asking you.

These come pre-selected when you set it up, because they are what water damage restoration shops actually run. You uncheck what you do not do and add what is missing, once.

  • Emergency flood response
  • Water extraction
  • Structural drying
  • Burst pipe cleanup
  • Mold remediation
  • Sewage cleanup
  • Storm damage cleanup
  • Carpet drying

Anything it has not been told about, it says it does not know and sends you the question by text. It does not guess.

03

The call it has to get right

What happens when someone says the wrong thing.

Most calls book a job. One kind of call requires something else. Here is what it does when that call comes in.

Example trigger

Caller says there is standing water near their electrical panel

What it does (example)

It tells them not to walk into the water and not to touch the panel. If they can reach the outside disconnect without standing in water it tells them to shut it off there; otherwise it tells them to call the utility. It flags the call and texts you immediately. It does not book a routine assessment window.

This is an example of how the system is configured to respond. Exact behavior reflects your setup.

04

The question set

What it asks before anyone drives anywhere.

These are the intake questions built for water damage restoration. The same questions you would ask. They get asked on every call, in order, before anything is scheduled or priced.

  1. Is water still coming in right now?
  2. Do you know where it came from: a pipe, the roof, an appliance, or a sewer line?
  3. How many rooms or floors are affected?
  4. Is there water near any outlets, the electrical panel, or the furnace?
  5. Have you opened an insurance claim?
  6. How long has the water been sitting?

What it will not quote

The mitigation and drying job

Mitigation is priced off affected square footage, water category, and the number of drying days. None of that is known until somebody is in the room with a meter.

It offers a free estimate visit. It does not attempt to price the job over the phone.
