Recorded calls

Every call we publish is a real one.

Including the ones that went badly. A library of calls where the assistant always wins is a library nobody believes, and this buyer has already seen several.

Our own test line

An after hours call that booked

Sixty eight seconds on a line we own, with the recording disclosure at the top of it. It rang twice, answered as the business, checked the address against the service area, and booked a 7:40 the next morning. Not a customer call.

The recording and its transcript go up here together. Neither goes up without the other, and a timeline of a call you cannot hear is not proof of anything, which is why there is no diagram of it above.

What is not here yet

Customer recordings, because we do not have consent for any.

Publishing a customer call needs the business to agree and the caller to have heard the disclosure. We have the second part on every call by design. We do not have the first part yet, because we do not have customers yet.

When we do, this page fills up with calls that booked and calls that did not, each with its transcript underneath. Until then it stays thin rather than staged.
