Built for the trades
An AI receptionist that knows plumbing: what to ask before the truck moves, what not to quote over the phone, and what is an emergency versus a service call.
Freeze week, your phone rings all day. You and one other guy in town, and the third guy is already booked out to Thursday.
The difference between the call that books and the call that does not is whether somebody answered and gave them a time.
Most of those calls happen when you are under a house.
$39
a month to start, 200 minutes, about 55 calls
A live answering service runs $180 to $600 a month and takes a message. This books the job. All three plans
Takes about a minute. We read your site and build an agent from what we find. No email. No card.
01 / What it knows about plumbing
02
The work
These come pre-selected when you set it up, because they are what plumbing shops actually run. You uncheck what you do not do and add what is missing, once.
Anything it has not been told about, it says it does not know and sends you the question by text. It does not guess.
03
The call it has to get right
Most calls book a job. One kind of call requires something else. Here is what it does when that call comes in.
Example trigger
Caller says water is coming through their ceiling
What it does (example)
It tells them to shut the main water supply valve immediately and explains where it typically is. It marks the call as emergency, rings your cell, and does not put them on a Tuesday schedule. If they do not know where the shutoff is, it walks them through it.
This is an example of how the system is configured to respond. Exact behavior reflects your setup.
04
The question set
These are the intake questions built for plumbing. The same questions you would ask. They get asked on every call, in order, before anything is scheduled or priced.
What it will not quote
Repipe and water heater replacement
A repipe price depends on the footage, the pipe material, and what is in the walls. A water heater swap price depends on the unit, the venting, and what it is replacing. Neither has an honest number to give over the phone.
It quotes your diagnostic fee ($89 default) and offers a window. Nothing else until a tech is on site.
05
What it costs
A freeze week with two trucks and no coverage is a hundred calls you did not take. Our One Truck plan is $39 a month and it answers every one of them, day and night, with a time and a name.
Over your minutes it is $0.30 a minute, and the overage is capped at the plan price, so the worst month you can have is double the plan. No contract, cancel any time. Full pricing details
When it earns its keep
Freeze week and holidays. That is when the phone triples and every missed call is a job that went to the next shop on the list. This does not go up in your busy months. The bill in your busiest week is the bill in January.
Set it up in about twenty minutes, once. We read your website, you correct what we got wrong, and you forward your number when you are happy with it. Not before.
